While the stigma attached to mental health is slowly lifting, going to a therapist is still regarded as “bad” or “high maintenance” to many (ignorant) people.
Keeping my mind healthy stems from working out, eating healthy, dressing stylishly, producing work I’m proud of, and prioritizing fun: aka going to the movies, eating fabulous sushi with friends and taking trips on a whim.
